Simply choose the size and style of entertaining that best meets your unique needs. Official Victory Days caterers will provide a food and beverage package designed especially for you. Chalets can be reserved for one day or multiple days.

Your guests simply stop by the hospitality check-in station after entering the grounds and present their private chalet guest ticket that you have provided to them. They receive a wrist band which allows them to come and go from the chalet as they desire throughout the day. All they need do is show up and enjoy your hospitality while experiencing a unique living, interactive recreation of life on the war front and the home front during the 1940s.

Sample Hosting Packages
Reserve a chalet for 200 guests at the modest cost of $6,400, and then customize your food and beverage arrangements through the official Victory Days catering team to meet your unique hospitality needs.
Host up to 1,000 people at a company outing for only $19,995, including a family style catering solution designed especially for your group.
Think Reunion! We do all the work for you to have a picnic with up to 50 guests for only $2,800.
PLEASE NOTE: Chalet rentals require a food and beverage agreement with the official caterers. Smaller groups may find that the Flyers Club is a better solution - buy only the exact number of seats you need.
